Job PurposeTo manage and grow the company’s presence across all social media platforms by creating, publishing, and promoting engaging multimedia content that aligns with the brand’s identity, enhances customer engagement, and supports marketing objectives.Key Activities1. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
  • Oversee and maintain the company’s presence across all relevant social media platforms to ensure continuous brand visibility.
  • Execute and manage the content calendar based on marketing campaigns and brand priorities.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity, tone, and voice across platforms.
  • Monitor platform algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align messaging and updates.
  • Use scheduling tools to manage timely content delivery.
2. CONTENT CREATION & PUBLISHING
  • Create original and localized Arabic and English content including graphics, photos, videos, and captions tailored to each platform.
  • Shoot, edit, and publish short-form content such as Instagram Reels, TikToks, and Stories.
  • Write creative, engaging captions and scripts in both Arabic and English.
  • Design visuals using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ensure content is relevant, accurate, and approved before publication.
  • Maintain a library of branded templates and multimedia assets.
3. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
  • Foster a strong and engaged online community by responding to comments, messages, and user interactions promptly in Arabic and English.
  • Monitor mentions and tags and initiate interactions that build relationships.
  • Escalate customer service concerns to the appropriate teams.
  • Track and report on audience sentiment and feedback trends.
  • Encourage and repost user-generated content in line with brand standards.
  • Build rapport with online communities relevant to the brand.
4. ANALYTICS & REPORTING
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on platform performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and growth.
  • Evaluate content performance to identify what resonates most with the audience.
  • Provide regular performance reports with recommendations for content optimization.
  • Benchmark against competitors and adapt strategy based on insights.
  • Use insights to continuously improve content creation and engagement strategies.
5. INFLUENCER & PARTNERSHIP SUPPORT
  • Assist in identifying and collaborating with influencers and brand advocates.
  • Coordinate deliverables and schedules for influencer campaigns.
  • Track results of collaborations and generate reports.
  • Assist in managing PR kits, giveaways, and event-based social campaigns.
  • Maintain relationships with content creators and online communities.
