Chemical Technician QA/QC - Coordinator Field Service Specialist 1 - Doha, Qatar✔ Role Summary:
▫ Will be responsible for providing onsite services for chemical applications.
▫ Candidate needs to maintain chemical application programs and inventory and support warehouse and yard operations.
▫ Need to work closely with the customer, following specific procedures to provide ongoing support to assist operations.✔ Essential Responsibilities:
▫ Performing laboratory routine analysis required by the customer such as QA/QC Tests for samples, creating QC certificate, on time calibration of lab equipment's, Sampling and testing of chemicals received in our warehouse
▫ Performing tank quality check at work site, troubleshooting and reporting
▫ Providing support for product segments, technical selling, key field product applications, production troubleshooting, facility, and flow diagnostics
▫ Investigating unusual or unsatisfactory product performance to determine root cause and preventive action
▫ Investigating issues with shuttle tanks to determine root cause and preventive action
▫ Handling special projects as assigned
▫ Maintaining chemical application programs on customers' site facilities
▫ Managing chemical programs to support the customers' requirements
▫ Ensuring accuracy, timely and professional completion of standard service reports and other requirements
▫ Support Bottle test and to arrange and send bottle test kits and reagents to sites for testing.
▫ Co-ordinate with our 3rd party warehouse team for decanting and delivery of chemical as per customer requirement
▫ Provide required supporting documents (FTIR copy Performance test report QC certificate etc.) to the customer at the time of chemical delivery
▫ Coordinate maintenance of shuttle tanks which includes periodic visual inspection, periodic load testing, periodic IMDG certification etc.
▫ Keep track and record of all certifications of shuttle tanks
▫ Coordinate with our UK and US lab personnel on performance test reports for specific products
▫ Ensure HSE compliance in decanting, shuttle tank certification and facility management
▫ Coordinate with the team on preparing detailed monthly technical summary report to customer
▫ Conducting all business activities in accordance with company's HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and company's Core Values✔ Qualifications/Requirements:
▫ Have Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry or equivalent✔ Desired Characteristics:
▫ Minimum 5 Years of experience as Chemical technician / Field Chemist
▫ Young, efficient, fast learner and hard working✔ Other Requirements:
