In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.What you will do:Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standardsWhat you bring:An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned taskHigh level of understanding and knowledge of food and wineBackground in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset * This position requires an applicant with general food knowledge. Candidates must have good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

The ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards is required. In addition to discreetly clearing tables, the Server Assistant performs side work, polishes silverware, and refills condiment containers and crumbs tables.
The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task!
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
