The Bank has also been the recipient of many awards from leading international specialised financial publications.Based on the Group's consistent strong financial performance and its expanding international presence, QNB currently ranks as the most valuable bank brand in the Middle East and Africa, according to Brand Finance Magazine.QNB Group has an active community support program and sponsors various social, educational and sporting events.Role Summary:The VP Quality Assurance will be responsible for leading the strategic communications management and performance excellence and further enhance the delivery of the organizations strategy goals and vision.Role Description:- Manage and co-ordinate the QNB intranet / SM channels, taking overall responsibility for its content and content contributions, and generating greater usage of the portal.- Advise and support the direct reporting, on matters affecting communications, feedback and suggestions for improvement, and identify opportunities to enable Voice of Employees.- Produce key potential projects such as newsletter or any new form of communication to enhance an organization wide informed staff.- Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required in the role.- Ensure alignment and consistency of internal communications activities across all functions and regions is successfully delivered- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as staff intranet, monthly magazines or regular email bulleting.- Arrange with various GCD functions on creative designs and templates to ensure brand and creative alignments.- Assist Internal Communications in establishing and implementing best in class communication practices and frameworks across the Group.- Manage the update of all digital assets such as Loyalty program, Intranet, Social Media etc.Qualifications:- University graduate with a degree in Business advertising, marketing, or related discipline.- Strategist with key skill on brand transformation techniques- Good understanding of CI tools/ techniques and related best practices.- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).- Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and thoroughly follow up on project plans and project implementations.- Ability to follow through with initiatives.- Planning, organizing ability.- Ability to work with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.Note: you will be required to attach the following:
