Primary Purpose of the Job:Develop Business Plans and monitor the business planning activities of departments under Dukhan Operations (OMD). Prepare, review, analyse and coordinate various reports generated by departments of Dukhan Operations for submission to higher management.Develop and document high level OMD Business processes that are in line with the Operations philosophy, policies, and objectives; to ensure that OMD meets the standardization requirement in-line with other operational areas under VO.Assist the Operational Excellence Advisor (OMC) in the review and analysis of Key Performance Indicators for OMD such as: production, injection and export data, unplanned shutdown, and HSE performance. Perform root cause analysis, recommend corrective and preventive actions to ensure efficient operations and advise the OMC accordingly. Required Experience and Skills:Minimum 10 years of experience in operations and continuous improvement. Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any discipline and preferably MBA in Finance, economics or business planning.
