Primary Purpose of the Job: * Coordinates, interfaces, and oversees all maintenance and project activities in the assigned units.
  • Acts as the focal point for Operations, ensuring optimal allocation of resources based on Terminal Operations priorities and safety practices.
  • Liaises and facilitates communication among teams from maintenance planning, Operations, and maintenance to deliver the activities plan.
  • Provides coordination between OT(M) Operations and Maintenance Division on multi-discipline works, including Management of Change (MOC), Plant Change Requests (PCRs), and scheduling of the work.
  • Ensures the implementation of maintenance modification works in accordance with QatarEnergy technical specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
Required Experience and Skills: * Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas Operations, with at least 8 years in a Supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in both oral and written English.
  • Strong management and leadership skills, along with the ability to motivate and communicate effectively.
  • Proficient in quick troubleshooting, with decisiveness, sharp analytical, and computer skills.
  • Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with other departments in a professional manner.
  • In-depth knowledge of field activities.
  • Proficient in organizing abilities and presentation techniques.
Educational Qualifications:A B.Sc. Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering or equivalent education.
