We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to lead and oversee the design, analysis, and execution of civil and structural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and extensive experience managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.Key Responsibilities:Lead the structural design and analysis for various civil and building projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
Coordinate with architects, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Oversee the preparation of tender documentation and assist in bid evaluations.
Monitor construction activities, providing technical guidance and ensuring quality control.
Conduct site inspections and resolve structural issues during construction.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff.
Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
Chartered Engineer (CEng), Professional Engineer (PE), or equivalent certification.
8+ years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering projects.
Extensive knowledge of design codes and standards.
Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro).
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
