Primary Purpose of the Job:Direct, control, and supervise assigned operational personnel that are engaged in production operations, to ensure hydrocarbon production is carried out safely, efficiently and OAR targets are met. Required Experience and Skills:Strong team leadership and influencing skills.Analytical/diagnostic skills.Good written and spoken English. Educational Qualifications:BSc degree or equivalent in an Engineering discipline preferably in Chemical Engineering / Petroleum Engineering.8 - 10 years hydrocarbon processing experience including at least 4 years in a supervisory position.Computer literate with working knowledge of MSOffice suite and SAP CMMS.
