We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and execution of electrical systems for our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record in managing complex electrical engineering tasks.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of electrical systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Prepare detailed electrical drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
Conduct load calculations, short-circuit analysis, and system studies.
Oversee the procurement of electrical equipment and materials.
Coordinate with project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Supervise and mentor junior electrical engineers and technical staff.
Perform site inspections and oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Ensure safety standards and environmental regulations are adhered to during project execution.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during all project phases.
Maintain documentation and report progress regularly to management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, preferably in [industry-specific, e.g., construction, power, industrial, infrastructure].
Strong knowledge of electrical design software (AutoCAD, ETAP, etc.) and industry standards.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
