HSE Manager

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams on HSE matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, analyze root causes, and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
• Lead HSE training and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders on HSE-related matters.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in HSE management, with a focus on EPC projects in Oil and Gas Sector
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Level 6 / NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety Certification is Mandatory.
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in HSE performance.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
