The successful candidate will play a key role in elevating the boutique experience, reflecting the heritage, craftsmanship, and exclusivity of the timepieces we offer.Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a luxurious and personalized client experience from welcome to closing the sale
  • Confidently present and demonstrate high-end watches, highlighting their history, complications, and craftsmanship
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships through clienteling, CRM tools, and VIP follow-ups
  • Stay updated with the latest luxury watch collections, trends, and brand launches
  • Achieve and exceed personal and boutique sales targets
  • Support daily operations including merchandising, visual presentation, and after-sales services
  • Handle client inquiries with discretion and professionalism, ensuring data confidentiality.
Qualifications & Profile
  • Male, preferably Lebanese nationality
  • Fluent in Arabic and French; English proficiency is a plus
  • Strong background or genuine passion for branded/luxury watches
  • Proven sales experience in luxury retail (jewelry, watches, fashion, etc.)
  • Sophisticated communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to connect with high-net-worth individuals and provide exceptional service
  • Well-groomed, elegant, and composed under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
