- Deliver a luxurious and personalized client experience from welcome to closing the sale
- Confidently present and demonstrate high-end watches, highlighting their history, complications, and craftsmanship
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through clienteling, CRM tools, and VIP follow-ups
- Stay updated with the latest luxury watch collections, trends, and brand launches
- Achieve and exceed personal and boutique sales targets
- Support daily operations including merchandising, visual presentation, and after-sales services
- Handle client inquiries with discretion and professionalism, ensuring data confidentiality.
- Male, preferably Lebanese nationality
- Fluent in Arabic and French; English proficiency is a plus
- Strong background or genuine passion for branded/luxury watches
- Proven sales experience in luxury retail (jewelry, watches, fashion, etc.)
- Sophisticated communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to connect with high-net-worth individuals and provide exceptional service
- Well-groomed, elegant, and composed under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
