Manager, Collateral Management

• Assure conducting periodic exercises of close monitoring and review on the status of mortgaged assets in favor of the bank (assets representing securities toward granted banking facilities)

• The objective is to preserve collateral value and seek work toward enhancing it.

• Regular periodic visits (Site visits) of mortgaged assets in favor of the bank, to be reported adequately

• Reports to reflect all issues related to said assets(s) with recommendations for necessary actions

• Solid experience of 5-10 years in Real estate market in Qatar

• Graduated, Real Estate Finance or equivalent

• Full know how on permits and NOC and other regulations related to Real Estate market in Qatar
