- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in HSE management within the oil and gas industry.
- Monitor HSE training initiatives for all employees, contractors and subcontractors to promote a safety-conscious culture.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred.
