Painting Factory Supervisor

• Supervise shop floor activities and assign work to painters based on job priorities.
• Estimate paint consumption from fabrication drawings and job specifications.
• Monitor paint mixing ratios, usage patterns and control material wastage.
• Ensure surface preparation and curing processes are followed as per standards.
• Maintain shift-wise production records and job tracking logs.
• Enforce safety protocols in paint booths, blasting areas and yard.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and ensure readiness before WIR submission.
• Assist in filling and organizing Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) for each job.
• Ensure that all required inspection hold points are met before client/site visit.
• Support quality assurance by checking DFT readings and verifying batch data before coating.
• Report daily progress, issues and material requirements to the Production Head.
