Cross check the shipments against the delivery notes for the shipments that received from freight forwarders.
Report if any discrepancy or damages noticed in the incoming shipment.
Ability to check and compare the physical items against purchase order specification.
Communicate discrepancies to the Storekeepers and ensure corrective action taken.
Performs repacking, labelling, and storing the material in correct bin locations.
Issue material as per the picking list and ensure FIFO is followed while picking.
While picking material, Ensure the quantity on hand (QOH) are matching.
Report any mismatches to Storekeeper.
Ensure materials are located in respective bins that suggested by SAP.
Provide input for safety and productivity improvements to Storekeeper.
Utilizes packing materials to pack and preserve the materials.
Operates a hand truck (Pallet Trolley)
Hold valid Forklift Operating License from the standard origination and approved by Qatar government regulatory body.
Operation certificate from approved third party vendor for operating the Forklifts, VNA’s (Very Narrow Aisle Truck) & Side Loaders.
Performs other duties as assigned by Storekeeper.
Have Banksman training certificate from approved training provider.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office (MS Word & Excel). Knowledge in SAP application would be an added qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant warehousing field
