The Bank has also been the recipient of many awards from leading international specialised financial publications.Based on the Group's consistent strong financial performance and its expanding international presence, QNB currently ranks as the most valuable bank brand in the Middle East and Africa, according to Brand Finance Magazine.QNB Group has an active community support program and sponsors various social, educational and sporting events.Job Purpose Summary::Support the delivery and evolution of the Corporate Planning function across QNB covering Doha, Branches, Representative Offices and Subsidiaries.Support the definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) across financial and non-financial dimensions (Financial/ Customer and Process/ Organisation) for business, support and control divisions, understanding the needs and drivers for each. Support the coordination and execution of the quarterly Performance Management process.Review and analyse KPIs and scorecards across all divisions in order to provide perceptive and value adding insight of the bank's performance and execution of strategy.Work with strategy development and PMO teams to assist in the development of the annual business plans across all divisions, understanding and incorporating the dependencies between this, performance management, the strategic project portfolio and the CapEx planning exercise.Education & Experience Requirements::- Bachelor degree University graduate is a must, Master's degree is an advantage- At least 10 years work experience with minimum of 3 years of similar experience with a reputed financial Institution- Business and/ or functional experience or exposure- Previous experience in a corporate planning and performance management role- Awareness of a management consulting approach (previous role in such is an advantage)- Experience with performance management, balance scorecard approach and management of information systems (MIS)- Deep understanding and knowledge of the activities and functions of the various business and support divisions in a financial institution- Well-developed numerical, analytical, evaluation skillsRequired Special Skills::- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an asset)- Structured approach of working- High degree of efficiency and result-driven way of working- High degree of reliability with regards to time, speed and quality of delivery- Ability to respect deadlines and get things done in an operating environment- Ability to communicate effectively with various different hierarchy levels across the organization- Ability to work in a relatively unstructured, multi-cultural environment- Proficiency in all standard business software applications, office communication tools and technologies- High degree of proficiency in Powerpoint and ExcelNote: you will be required to attach the following:
