Role Summary
The SailPoint Access Control Analyst will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ within enterprise functions. The role focuses on ensuring effective access governance, user lifecycle management, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the configuration, testing, and rollout of SailPoint IdentityIQ for access request and review processesPerform day-to-day access management operations in SailPoint, including processing user requests, provisioning, and deprovisioningSupport quarterly and periodic access reviews by preparing data, coordinating with stakeholders, and validating completionCollaborate with IT, security, and business teams to troubleshoot access issuesDocument Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for SailPoint operations and integration with enterprise systemsAssist in user training and onboarding for SailPoint access request and review modulesWork with the project team to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit guidelinesMonitor and report on progress during the implementation phaseQualifications & ExperienceRequiredBachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field3–5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations, with at least 1–2 years in SailPoint IdentityIQStrong knowledge of user lifecycle management, provisioning, and deprovisioningExperience in SailPoint IdentityIQ configuration and operationsProficiency in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principlesExperience integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications and Active DirectoryFamiliarity with SailPoint IdentityIQ or other IAM tools such as Oracle Identity Manager, CyberArk, or SaviyntKnowledge of access request workflows and access review/certification processesPreferredUnderstanding of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOX, local banking regulations)Prior experience in the financial services industry or international banking environmentFamiliarity with SailPoint IdentityIQ or other IAM tools such as Oracle Identity Manager, CyberArk, or SaviyntKey SkillsStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to handle confidential information with a high level of integrityExperience working in cross-functional environments (Risk, IT Security, Compliance, and Audit teams)
