• Achieve the provided sales target.
• Being watchful for all arrival customers as well as existing customers attentively.
• Wear the provided uniform and accessories in an appropriate manner.
• Welcome the customers with energy and enthusiasm.
• Follow and approach the customers at the correct time in a professional manner.
• Answer all the quarries with respect to price, product, and technical details.
• Offer alternative products which showing genuine interest towards the customers.
• Make the sales and close the deal at an appropriate moment.
• Check all stocks for any inconsistency and report immediately to the Sales Executive.
• Prepare sales report for the previous day.
• Escort or confirm to the cashier while taking enough care.
• Guide the sales assistants to assist the customers to locate the purchased goods.
• Provide necessary after sales service.
• Display the products and maintain them clean and safe manner which would increase the customer attraction.
• Maintain store shelves necessary manner while ensuring all the products/stocks are available.
• Develop a great relationship with customers as well as follow staff members.
• Assist the team members and customers unconditionally.
• Lift and carry the products as an when required.
• Follow the guidance as and when needed and get guidance whenever the next step is not clear.
• Mandatory to obtain the product knowledge, necessary customer service and merchandising skills with the discussion of the immediate superiors.
• Be sensitive enough to understand different languages and manners which speaks by the customers.
• Write the receipts and handle the cash machine as and when required.
• Responsible for the cash as and when required.
• Adhere with all the health and safety guidance while performing duty.
• Prepare requisition of stock to maintain complete display and during delivery to customer.
• Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the section / area.
• Oversee other section in cases where the assigned staff is not around.
• Attend trainings and seminars to upgrade the knowledge

• Performs other job as may be assigned by the superior.

• Basic understanding of work process.
• Great understanding of how to make sales and merchandising and close the transaction.
• Able to understand and reproduce the technical aspect of the products.

• Able to speak the applicable languages and Fluency in English is mandatory.
