- Apply proven change management methodologies to support program rollouts and HR transformation initiatives
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to guide communication and engagement strategies
- Design change enablement plans including messaging, tactics, and resistance management
- Develop clear, compelling communication strategies tailored to diverse audiences across the organization
- Create engaging content for HR initiatives and align messaging with broader organizational priorities
- Map communications against organizational calendars to ensure consistency and avoid overlap
- Support training and awareness programs to enhance adoption and understanding of change initiatives
- Strong expertise in change management methodologies and organizational communications
- Ability to create and execute communication strategies for large-scale initiatives
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, influence, and relationship management without direct authority
- Analytical skills to assess people impact, identify risks, and propose effective solutions
- Strong content development, storytelling, and presentation abilities
- Excellent English communication, advisory, and facilitation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 9 years' experience in change management, organizational communications, or HR transformation
- Demonstrated success in supporting HR or organizational change adoption initiatives
- Experience designing communication campaigns, training support, and engagement strategies
- This is a 3-month contract role based in Qatar
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
