The incumbent will be responsible for the development and change management of the integrated Enterprise Channels / digital solutions, including but not limited to mobile banking, internet banking, ATM/CDM/VTM. Call Center/IVR, Website etc. The job holder will be responsible for all channel digitalization / channel modernization / Omnichannel / channel convergence for better customer experience from IT perspective in coordination with Business and DS&IT teams.
