- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or any related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in payroll processing
- Assist in processing payroll transactions including but not limited to salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Update employee payroll records with changes such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
- Collaborate with other members of the payroll team to ensure smooth and efficient payroll operations, directly reporting to Payroll Accounting Supervisor.
- Experience in Oracle Payroll software.
- Knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
