
SR. CATERING SUPERVISOR (Arabic Speaker)

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience of strong background in soft services, cleaning, catering Industry and hospitality inclusive of supervisory experience in running industrial mess facilities and catering for private functions.
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Arabic.
- Knowledge of contract initiation and administration, Financial /Budget development, stock-taking and oversight experience.
- Good knowledge of food, food hygiene (including hazard analysis and critical control points), food preparation & Catering business procedures
- Excellent computer skills with high degree of proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP knowledge and related skills. Working knowledge of QMS-ISO9001-2008 and HACCP is essential.
- High level of communication skills, negotiation skills staff leadership, time management skills, strong leadership, organisational and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrate commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace. Able to delegate responsibilities effectively and follows up with determination. Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or other related discipline or an equivalent training in Catering or Hotel Management to HNC/ HND standards.
