- Support the planning and executing of organizational change initiatives, such as restructurings, mergers, or process modifications.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition and minimize disruption.
- Communicate changes to employees and address their concerns.
- Oversee the implementation of performance management systems, including digital performance appraisal tools.
- Ensure that performance management processes align with organizational goals and values.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and development.
- Collaborate with HR and management to digitalize the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Assess and implement digital learning and development solutions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
