- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programmes in line with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Maintain accurate records of HSE performance and report regularly to management.
- Promote a positive HSE culture and ensure compliance across all operations.
- Manage and control HSE budgets and resources.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HSE legislation and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified in NEBOSH
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar HSE management role.
- Strong knowledge of Qatari HSE regulations and international standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
