Job SummarySupervises daily activities of warehouse to ensure safe and efficient storage and retrieval of products/materials to meet the business’s operational and customer demand. Assists the Warehouse Manager in maintaining the smooth operation of a fast-moving environment. Ensures that the warehouse personnel complies with health, safety and standard operating procedures.Job Responsibilities 1Maintains the optimum utilization and upkeep of warehouse storage facilities.Organizes, facilitates and manages stock takes at regular intervals.Maintains Company’s integrated inventory management system data base to ensure its accuracy, standardization and completeness.Manages the daily inventory operations and ensures that they are in compliance with approved policies and procedures.Leads the follow up and resolve customer concerns, whilst identifies errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures.Job Responsibilities 2Works closely with Warehouse Manager to implements warehouse and management systems and integrate best practices and continuous improvement.Monitors and reviews operational methods to facilitate both qualitative and quantitative improvements within the operation whilst ensuring continuous customer service.Supervise the processing of requisitions and requests to invoice for reimbursements of warehouse codes, complete requisitions for needed materials to assure adequate stock levels.Performs various inventory counts, order supplies and goods as needed.
