Primary Purpose of the Job:Prepare, plan and schedule the preventive, inspection and condition maintenance program taking the offshore environment & constrains into account for OIF depts. in the most effective manner. Support the CMMS team to reflect the correct technical data to match with the physical asset of the site and ensure effective utilisation of the system within OIF Departments.Principal Accountabilities:1. Prepare, using SAP and other software tools, the maintenance planning and scheduling of , Rotating, Static, Electrical & Instrument equipment as well as for the overhaul and plant change work under the constraints of an offshore environment.
2. Responsible on the planning & scheduling of the preventive & predictive maintenance programs using the scheduling tool for the Maintenance and Production.
3. Review material requirement for all work orders in the system.
4. Review the work order closeouts & actual manpower reports.
5. Monitor and Review Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as Backlog, Manpower, Utilisation, Safety Compliance, System & Equipment Reliability for OIF Departments and highlight deviations
6. Support OIF/522 in identify areas for improvement in maintenance effectiveness, optimize resource utilization and establish achievement vs. benchmarks in KPI's for Field operations Department by carrying out various analysis & studies
7. Act as a change agent to ensure effective usage of the SAP system and continuously educate and train users to derive the best possible benefits.
8. Support OIF/522 in Preparing detailed, summarized, tabular and graphic management reports, using latest dashboard presentations for maximum impact.
9. Prepare IAR Planning & extend support to construction for SAP related Queries & routing.
10. Act as Planning Engineer OIF/5221 during his absence.Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Experience: B.S. Degree in any engineering discipline with 4 years experience in Oil/Gas/Refinery or Petrochemical Industry, of which, a minimum of 2 years strong working experience shall be in planning, scheduling and execution of maintenance activities and shutdowns at offshore locations.
Or
 Diploma in any engineering discipline with 8years experience in Oil/Gas/Refinery or Petrochemical Industry, of which, a minimum of 6 years strong working experience shall be in planning, scheduling and execution of maintenance activities and shutdowns at offshore locations.
 Thorough knowledge of CMMS (SAP) plant maintenance module.
 Good analytical skills
 Requires an aptitude for relevant software applications, and well-developed analytical skills to interpret data in a manner appropriate with the Division's standing goal of continuous improvement.
