- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align research findings with business goals, vision, and develop strategic recommendations for product roadmaps, innovation, and go-to market strategies.
- Develop comprehensive business cases for new cabin products, seating upgrades, IFE system and connectivity enhancements, and onboard experience initiatives, including detailed financial modeling, ROI analyses, and strategic recommendations.
- Support the preparation of strategic product roadmaps and inflight product portfolio planning.
- Drive qualitative and quantitative research initiatives (customer surveys, focus groups, competitor analysis) where applicable to capture passenger expectations and market trends.
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives, redefining business processes, SOPs, and KPIs to enhance the Department's operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Monitor aviation, technology, hospitality, and luxury travel trends to proactively identify future product opportunities and market shiftsPerform other department related duties as directed by Line Manager or Head of Department.
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic professional to join the Product Development and Design.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a role involving product and hospitality service.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) or equivalent methodologies with demonstrated experience in process improvement, SOP development and KPI framework design.
- Ability to produce executive-level presentations and reports that synthesize research findings and strategic proposals
- Experience in customer centric innovation in aviation, premium travel, hospitality or transport sectors.
- Skills in benchmarking and maintaining competitor intelligence databases and delivering periodic strategic market updates
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau & Power BI).
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to run research and analyze large datasets for deeper insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multifunctional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to articulate and influence senior stakeholders.
