- Conduct grooming and uniform checks, taking corrective action where necessary to ensure compliance with company standards
- Deliver training sessions and feedback to staff on grooming, uniform fitting, and presentation techniques
- Maintain accurate training records, including assessments, induction data, and measurements
- Liaise with the uniform department for quality control, distribution, and replacement of uniforms
- Oversee grooming suite cleanliness, inventory management, and supplier coordination for product replenishment
- Record and report grooming discrepancies daily for management review and resolution
- Support promotional and marketing events by ensuring all uniformed staff meet image standards
- Prepare detailed shift and handover reports to maintain operational consistency
- Stay updated on changes to grooming and uniform policies, ensuring company-wide compliance
- Provide immediate support to avoid operational disruption due to grooming or uniform non-compliance
- Assist security with attire-related concerns for staff entering QR premises
- Suggest improvements to grooming procedures and participate in follow-ups for timely issue resolution
- High school, vocational diploma, or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience, OR bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong observational skills with the ability to give constructive feedback
- Skilled in demonstrating facial care, makeup, and hair techniques
- Knowledge of skincare, makeup application, and personal wellness practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
- Knowledge of uniform handling processes is an advantage
