Job Description:Primary Purpose of the JobImplement, manage and maintain the MIC HSE Incident Management System.Ensure that HSE incidents for all the areas of responsibilities within MIC are notified, reported, recorded and investigated in accordance with QP HSE Incident Management System.Ensure identification of root causes, implementation & close out of recommended corrective actions and publish the lessons learnt for all HSE incidents.Required Experience and Skills8 years of safety related work experience out of which at least 5 years of experience in incident management in Oil, Gas or Petrochemical sectorStrong written and spoken English skills.Computer Competency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Strong leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills.Ability to analyse data, interpret results and communicate results Educational QualificationsSafety Diploma or equivalent from a recognized International Institution.
