- Answer calls, provide timely solutions to customer issues, and ensure satisfactory closure within agreed timelines.
- Available to work on 24/7 shifts as required.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving incidents, escalating to the appropriate team if needed.
- Execute planned daily maintenance operations on the deployed solution to maximize uptime as per SLA.
- Ensure accurate storage of historical incident data for efficient problem-solving.
- Log system details to assist in the generation of technical activity and KPI reports.
- Engage in software acceptance and integration before site deployment.
- Participate in product migration and deployment at customer sites.
- Perform Network Admin role as a backup, including maintaining and troubleshooting computer networks.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and security threats.
- Train customers and team members on the solution and technology as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an application support and maintenance engineer, with at least 7 to 8 years of experience in a distributed environment.
- Moderate to good experience in performing Network Admin tasks.
- Extensive understanding of Windows and Redhat Linux.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and experience in Java, .NET integration (C#, .NET Core, MVC, web forms),
- Knowledge and experience in Java, .NET integration, Webservices/REST API, Microservices on Kubernetes/Docker, Identity Access Management, Webservices Middleware, IIS, Apache Web Server, CI/CD, and Database Management.
- Desirable knowledge in PKI, IAM Solution, HSM, Android/iOS platforms, VMware infrastructure, Storage and SAN, Backup solution, and Network configuration
