Supports Learning and Development Quality Assurance programs and works to ensure the
delivery of high-quality products and services that align with operational and strategic workforce plans. * Coordinate and facilitate Hayakum Corporate Orientation in monthly basis
Coordinates project across the organization in collaboration with other stakeholders and
prepares reports for learning governance committee as requested * Develops high level reports and learning dashboard as requested utilizing excel and otherreporting tools * Supports the design of an annual learning calendar for Sidra that responds to needsidentified through the annual corporate training needs analysis survey. * Liaises with other HR departments to ensure logistics pertaining to employees' externaltraining are delivered (i.e. ticketing, per diems, etc.) * Assists in implementing effective communication, collaboration, liaison, networking andteamwork systems to ensure strong professional relationships within and across diverse work teams and departments. * Facilitate the internal training logistic such as room booking, preparation of coursematerials and attendance sheet
