In this role, you will manage the electrical construction activities, ensuring the project is completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee electrical construction activities, including the installation and commissioning of electrical systems for pump stations, sewage treatment plants, and other infrastructure projects.
Coordinate with the construction team to ensure that electrical work progresses according to the project schedule and specifications.
Supervise electrical installations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and local codes.
Inspect and test electrical systems, ensuring they meet operational requirements and safety standards before handover.
Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of electrical equipment and materials.
Monitor work progress, taking corrective actions where necessary to prevent delays or quality issues.
Ensure safety compliance for electrical works, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe manner.
Document electrical works, including testing results, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical construction supervision, including at least 5 years in a consulting environment on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Experience with electrical design and review, particularly for sewage treatment works, pump stations, and related infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and electrical design software.
Fluent in English with strong communication and documentation skills.
MME is required.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage electrical teams on-site.
Proficiency with electrical design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar software).
Experience working with high-voltage equipment, including 3.3 kV motors, MCC, and VFDs.
Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues on-site.
Experience in project commissioning and FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing).
Familiarity with local and international electrical standards and codes.
Ability to manage multiple site activities and coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
