We are looking for a Call Center Representative to provide professional customer support and ensure a positive client experience. The role involves handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests across multiple channels.Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM software.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data security, and confidentiality standards.
Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong bilingual proficiency in Arabic & English.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations with professionalism.
  • Competent in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications in Customer Service, Call Center Operations, or Communication Skills are a plus).
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in transportation or a similar sector.
  • This is a contract position based in Qatar.
