Description:Park Hyatt Doha is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Sous Chef – Pastry to join our culinary team. In this role, you will support the Pastry Sous Chef in leading the pastry section, crafting exquisite desserts and baked goods that reflect the elegance and quality of our brand.Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing day-to-day pastry operations

Create innovative and high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked itemsEnsure consistency and presentation align with brand standardsSupervise and train junior team members in pastry techniquesMaintain proper hygiene, safety, and food storage standardsQualifications:Minimum 3–5 years of pastry experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environmentStrong foundation in classic and modern pastry techniquesLeadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a teamCreativity and attention to detail in presentation and flavorCulinary degree or relevant certification preferredIf you’re ready to take your career to new heights and be part of something truly special, we want to hear from you!
