▪ Lead and manage the establishment of a strategic, operational, and technical decision-making process required to ensure that IT services are aligned to the organization's priorities and risk appetite.
▪ Develop an IT Governance strategy and support with the department's overall strategy development and maintenance.
▪ Provides thought leadership and subject matter expertise in a wide range of strategic initiatives driven by technology
▪ Serves as internal consultant during the design and execution of such initiatives
▪ Develops high-level plans and helps unit CIOs with their prioritization by coordinating the IT technology roadmap
▪ Develops the unit roadmaps, IT application roadmaps, and the architecture plan to ensure that the plans are integrated across technology groups and that the foundation work is planned ahead of the brand execution
▪ Provides strategic leadership and direction for enterprise process improvement initiatives, including developing scorecard and ITIL strategy
▪ Assists with IT planning and presentations, including oversight of IT management training initiatives, IT skills analysis, job description updates
