Present in more than 70 countries around the world, our reach, and capabilities in the markets we service is unparalleled in the industry.We are working with our client based in Qatar to source a SIMULATOR INSTRUCTOR This is residential contract to be based in Qatar.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Design and develop competency based training courses, training assessments, work place learning material and tests and advise line departments on development and corrective action plans.
Design, develop, teach advanced level theory and practice, and assess using various learning methodologies.
Work organisation and environment has complexities of a multicultural, multi-national and multi venture environment.
Analyse the knowledge and skills gap in alignment of OJT (On Job Training) programs matrix and design learning materials to meet individual needs, in coordination with Line supervision.
recommend learning solutions with course curriculum and responds to feedback from learners and makes adjustments or enhancements to the learning solution based on feedback.
