- Advise on long- and mid-term strategies for upstream and downstream operations (LNG, GTL, etc.).
- Identify and evaluate global business opportunities, partnerships, and ventures.
- Support M&A and divestment activities, including structuring and negotiation of deals.
- Review and assess proposals from international oil companies (IOCs), national oil companies (NOCs), and partners.
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements (EPSA, DPSA, DFA, JVA, HoA, MoU).
- Develop resources and insights across the oil & gas value chain.
- Contribute to budget preparation and business planning.
- Represent QatarEnergy in international forums and committees.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, with at least 7 years in business development, M&A, and negotiations.
- Proven expertise in upstream or downstream operations, market analysis, and financial evaluations.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- High integrity, independence, and multicultural team spirit.
