Senior Estimation Engineer

• Develop detailed cost estimates for various projects, considering all aspects of materials, labour, equipment, and subcontracts.
• Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine project scope and requirements.
• Conduct site visits to gather necessary information and assess project conditions.
• Prepare and maintain cost databases and historical cost information.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and project management, to ensure accurate and timely cost estimation.
• Evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and present cost reports and presentations to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and cost estimating techniques.
• Identify and mitigate potential cost risks and develop contingency plans.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Estimation Engineer, preferably in the construction fitout or related industry.
• Strong understanding of cost estimating principles, methodologies, and software.
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Excel and cost estimating software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working on international projects, preferably in the Middle East region.
