- Makes recommendation regarding processes and procedures for effective administration of the Benefits and Administration at Sidra.
- Makes recommendation to the Manager – Employee Relations and Payroll on process improvements.
- Monitors the time-frame for group insurance claims, school assistance requests and all other request.
- Prepares reports related to processing of Benefits (turnaround time, no.of request logged) etc.
- Identifies means of reducing turn-around-time for execution of requests and improving customer satisfaction.
- Prepares and processes the sponsored students' payroll in a timely manner.
- Identifies an internal audit mechanism to ensure accuracy in processing of all payments based on JCI requirements.
- Conducts analysis and investigations to understand deviations from policies and rectifies them in discussion with Manager – Employee Relations and Payroll.
- Rectifies and suggests preventive / corrective actions for reducing errors in processing of request.
- Assists the Manager – Employee Relations and Payroll in enrollment process for Group Insurance Programs (life insurance, health insurance, etc.)
- Supports the Manager – Employee Relations and Payroll on the education policy administration.
- Liaises with the insurance provider to resolve issues.
- Implements annual benefit documentation updates, status changes and effective employee communication.
- Implements changes in Lawson System as per changes in C&B policy.
- Tracks and identifies through analysis any areas of concern relating to education and benefits administration and provides recommendation.
- Implements changes to the students sponsored program as instructed.
- Validates payroll entries for the sponsored student payroll
- Adheres to Sidra's standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies
