- BE/B.Tech/Diploma in /Any Stream Engineering
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in BIM with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360 and other industry BIM tools.
- Lead model coordination and clash detection processes across disciplines using tools like Navisworks or BIM 360.
- Familiarity with international BIM standards such as ISO 19650, PAS 1192 and COBie.
