- Assist guests and visitors in an appropriate and timely manner
- Promote resort memberships to guests and visitors
- Accompany every interested party around the Resort, to promote Memberships, ESPA Life and Fitness activities
- Actively promote products and services of the Spa
- Act as a representative of all products and services of the hotel and actively promote to spa guests and members
- Assist Spa Reception with reservations for treatments
- Work as part of the team and assist where and when necessary
- Manage guest feedback effectively to ensure both challenges and/or compliments are escalated to enable long-term improvements in products and services
- Ensure guest experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and consultation cards
- Adhere to cash handling procedures
- Interact and communicate effectively with Members, guests, management and team members
- Upsell Spa number and length of treatments, and latest departmental incentives
- Reach target for membership and upsell spa treatment as per monthly budget
- Report accidents, maintenance issues, and other incidents
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Attend ESPA life training
- Retail ESPA products after each treatment, liaise with Spa Therapist on home prescription card
- Sell Gift Card
- Follow ESPA Life, Forbes and LQA standards
- Offer Spa tours to guests and visitors
- Maintain confidentiality, regarding all information about guests and the business
- Report any suspicious behavior prior treatment for the safety of the team
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service

- Ability to work in a consistently professional and helpful manner
- Previous Spa experience
- 1 or 2 years’ experience in sales
- Ability to see the opportunity, and act on it to secure revenue for Spa & Recreation department
- Strong selling skills
- High level of creativity
- Negotiation skills
- Arabic speaker
- Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
