- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Office Manager supporting C-Level executives.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
