Job Purpose:As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling our diverse products and services across business units. This includes experiences, wellness offerings, farm produce, artisanal products, F&B services, and event packages. You will play a key role in growing our client base, nurturing relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our mission-driven organization.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned sectors
  • Actively promote and sell products and services related to F&B, Wellness, Hospitality, and Events
  • Manage leads, conduct client meetings, and present tailored proposals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Attend industry events and represent Caravane Earth to expand brand visibility
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategy
  • Contribute to cross-selling initiatives across multiple business units
