- Responsible for assigning sales & leasing staff to appropriate territories.
- Supervise a team of sales & leasing consultants.
- Oversee the processing and approval of client applications and lease documents.
- Monitor leads data and maintain a strong closing ratio.
- Set and achieve sales goals each quarter and motivate the sales & leasing agents to follow all leads.
- Conduct surveys of the property market to obtain information on competing sales and lease rates.
- Develop and implement policies necessary for improving profitability and efficiency of the leasing department.
- Prepare & submit required reports
- Oversee the marketing and advertising of vacancies.
- Overseeing the hiring and on-the-job training of leasing recruits.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or real estate.
- Minimum 8 Years’ experience in leasing, property management, sales and real estate.
- Excellent oral (English) and written skills.
