Senior Planning Engineer

- Develop and oversee the project schedule and work program in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all planning-related activities.
- Prepare and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), resource loading, and cash flow forecasts.
- Review and analyze shop drawings, design data sheets, and method statements.
- Monitor project progress against the baseline and update schedules based on team input.
- Prepare monthly progress and labor reports, charts, and histograms.
- Ensure all technical and planning documentation is maintained and submitted on time.
- Assist in shutdown, preventive, and corrective maintenance planning.
- Liaise with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Track and report on milestone dates and contractual commitments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of planning experience in the construction industry.
- Proven track record in large-scale commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- MMUP Grade “A” certification (mandatory).
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to lead in a multi-disciplinary environment.
