Managed by the world-acclaimed Chiva-Som, a career with us will transform your life the same way we transform the lives of our guests.We invite dedicated, passionate, creative, and committed candidates to join our team for the position of Duty Manager who shall represent the management of the resort by overseeing the entire resort operation and ensuring a high level of interdepartmental communication and guest satisfaction. The Duty Manager will also play a crucial role as Night Manager on duty when required.KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide outstanding service and exceptional experience to our guests.
Manage the operation flow in the Front Office department and ensure all resort policies, procedures, regulations, and standards are followed.
Create memorable and unique experiences for guests based on their preferences and retreat goals.
Ensure all guest complaints are handled by respective departments and be visible when any assistance is needed.
Ensure smooth communication between all departments.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or equivalent.
Fluent in spoken English, and preferably Arabic Speaker.
Previous experience in the same position in a five-star property.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for delivering an exceptional level of guest service.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Opera and operation system knowledge
