  • Perform secretarial and administrative duties to support the smooth functioning of the department
  • Manage calendars, travel bookings, appointments, and internal records for the reporting manager
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone calls, and emails professionally and confidentially
  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and documentation as required by management
  • Maintain an organized filing system for correspondence, manuals, reports, and other confidential material
  • Track departmental staff travel documentation including exit permits, ticketing, hotel bookings, and allowances
  • Support internal communication and coordination with other departments to facilitate operational efficiency
  • Take initiative in routine tasks, escalate issues when necessary, and follow up to ensure completion
Candidate Requirements
  • Vocational, tertiary, or trade qualification in administration or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Experience working in a multicultural, fast-paced corporate setting
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and organizational discipline
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible with a focus on productivity and service
