Role PurposeThe PVV Supervisor is responsible for the preparation, coordination, and supervision of pressure vessels and valves (PVV) activities for the Project offshore works. This includes overseeing integration, hook-up, construction, pre-commissioning, and ensuring safe execution in compliance with company standards and SIMOPS conditions.Key Responsibilities
  • Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)Complete all mandatory safety trainings (IF+, Offshore Survival, HSE Golden Rules, etc.) on time.
  • Fully understand and comply with NOC’s HSE policies, standards, and KPIs.
  • Actively promote and demonstrate a strong HSE culture throughout all project phases.
  • Participate in Toolbox Meetings (TBMs) and ensure all offshore activities are safely executed.
  • Stop any unsafe work activities and report through positive/negative observation cards.
  • Ensure all work is planned and executed considering SIMOPS constraints.
  • Offshore Work Preparation & ExecutionCoordinate all PVV-related offshore activities, including piping, structural work, hook-up, and pre-commissioning.
  • Follow up with EPCIC contractor on PVV preparation, construction progress, and pre-commissioning milestones.
  • Ensure timely and quality completion of PVV works for handover to the Commissioning Team.
  • Support the Commissioning Team when required.
  • Liaise with contractors and subcontractors on all PVV topics.
  • Monitor and report daily and weekly PVV construction progress and contractor KPIs.
  • Participate in offshore risk assessments, kick-off meetings, Pre-Job meetings, and Pre-SIMOPS site visits.
  • Ensure timely preparation of Permit to Work and required HSE documentation.
  • Confirm all fabrication meets quality requirements with proper traceability.
  • Raise technical queries to onshore engineering when needed.
  • Ensure contractors manage as-built documentation properly.
  • Monitor PVV material deliveries and participate in receipt inspections when necessary.
  • Ensure CTR materials are mobilized according to the project schedule.
  • Provide inputs to lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Job ScopeOffshore role with the possibility of short-term onshore assignments.
  • Involvement in the preparation, readiness, and execution phases of the project.
  • Coordination with multiple departments and EPC contractors in a complex Brownfield offshore environment.
