Contract length: 4-6 months Extendable.Exp in architectural design process for infrastructure and utility
building projects.Mandatory Requirements-
- 5 +years Exp
- Proficiency in architectural design Principles and Practices.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar's local building codes and international building standards.
- Advanced skills in Revit software and other relevant design tools.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture.
- Expert knowledge of construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Should Have Valid QID & Visa
- Based in Doha Qatar.
- Work with architectural design manager / senior architects / team.
- Attend daily calls with senior architects / team to update the status and to resolve any technical issues.
- Follow policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Initiate requirements gathering, designing, and implementing client requirements.
- Developing architecture in line with clients needs, buildings usage, and environmental impact.
- Utilize 3D for Enhance project visualization.
- Finalize design within budgets and timelines.
