Job SummaryThe Senior Project Finance Analyst supports the financial structuring and execution of project financing, focusing on debt and equity transactions for key initiatives. This role involves financial modeling, risk analysis, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to secure optimal financing solutions. The analyst ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements while contributing to process improvements and cost optimization.Job Responsibilities 1Support in financial analysis, financial modeling, and structuring of debt and equity transactions for key projects.Provide support for managing project financing, including debt issuance, debt restructuring, syndicated loans, and DCM transactions.Analyze and manage financial risks related to project financing, including interest rate, compliance, currency and liquidity risks.
